Safari Invitation

A 3-course dinner with white/red wine will be served during event.

For annual members who are attending our events for the very first time, there is a pre-event preparation; we would like to book each of you for a One hour consultation before the actual event. Thus please call us for an appointment before the actual event.

This is to help us better advice you on the theme and dressing for the night as well as some ideas on the profiles of the members you will be meeting.

While there will be a total of 8 attendees invited for this dinner, we cannot guarantee that there will be 8 attendees for this dinner because of possible unforeseen last minute cancellations by our members. Of course, we will try our very best to ensure full attendance as we would like all our members to have equal chances of meeting each other. However in the event of last minute changes, we will inform ALL attendees prior to the dinner and should there be MORE than 1 attendee who cannot make it, we will let the existing attendees decide whether they would want to continue with the dinner or postpone to a later date. Please note that your attendance at this event is confirmed only if you RSVP by replying to this email by 1/8/2008.

We would only accept cancellations 3 DAYS before the actual event. And any failure to turn up on the actual day after confirmation, would be Counted as an event off your membership package.
